| 摘 要： | “双环扣”培训模式拟在培训内容上衔接和扣紧两个不同的知识领域，即培训的目的一方面要提高校车驾驶员的职业技能和职业道德素质，另一方面要使校车驾驶员掌握基本的青少年儿童心理学知识，并运用正确的教育方法引导学生心理品质的健康发展。“双环扣”培训模式具有一定的理论基础、要素构成和运行机制，并需要其他的措施加以保障。
