| 摘 要： | 在高等职业教育中,强化专业技能技术的系统调练容易形成共识,其实素质教育也同样具有重要的地位和作用,虽然从不同的角度对训素质教育可能有不同的诠释,但教授学生必备的人文社科知识,培养他们求真做真人的思想意识应该得到高等教育工作者的重视.摆正知识、专业与素质的关系,促进三者协调发展,建立一套与此相适应的有效制度,对于以职业需要为导向的高职教育,是个值得关注的重要议题.

| Abstract: | In the higher occupational education, common understanding is easily achieved to strengthen the systematic training of the technical skill. In fact quality education has the same important position and influence. Although it may be have different annotation from different views, importance should be attached to teaching students basic social science and cultivating them to seek truth from facts. Taking the knowledge specialty and quality in the proper position, advancing their coordinate development, and establishing a valid institution which adapt to them are topics worthy of concerning for the occupational education guided by occupation requirement. |
