| 摘 要： | 从文化的角度看,和谐文化建设是毕节试验区经济社会健康发展的必然要求。党的十八大对社会主义核心价值观作了精辟概括和提炼,成为毕节试验区和谐文化建设的根本和灵魂。当前,在经济体制、社会结构、利益格局和思想观念都发生深刻变化的新形势下,用社会主义核心价值观引领毕节试验区和谐文化建设,应在加强宣传、着力处理好相关关系、注重制度建设以及构筑引领平台等几方面下工夫。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of culture, the construction of harmonious culture is the necessary requirement of economic and social healthy development in Bijie experimental region. Party＇s 18 th made incisive summarized and refined on the socialist core values, be the fundamental and soul of the construction of harmonious culture in Bijie experimental region. At present, in the new situation of economic system, social structure, pattern of interests and ideas have profound changed,guiding the construction of harmonious culture With the socialist core values in Bijie experimental region, should strengthen propaganda, strive to deal with the relationship,pay attention to the system construction as well as build the guiding platform for several aspects. |
