摘    要:为了解决高速公路路网潜在事故的救援问题,应用机会成本方法建立资源派遣决策模型.该模型能够调度区域路网的救援资源,获得用于潜在事故救援的救援点与救援车辆数.针对模型的计算复杂性,提出情景分解算法.该算法首先将多资源派遣问题分解为各个单资源派遣问题,然后根据救援需求和资源矩阵,确定所需救援资源的原始情景.最后,通过对原始情景的分解和目标函数的简化,便捷获取资源派遣方案.以南京市周边高速公路路网作为应用实例,验证了所用模型与所提算法的可行性.
