| 摘 要： | 分析了波纹管的成形工艺，并设计了相应的模具。详细介绍了模具的结构特点和工作过程。结果表明，利用模具，使波纹管在轴向挤压一高压内胀联合作用下一次成形。该工艺简单，质量可靠，效率高，取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the forming technology was analyzed and die was designed of the ripple-shaped tube.This paper introduces its structural characteristic and working process in detail.The factual production indicates that the ripple-shaped tube can be once formed by axial extruding and high-pressure internal expanding based on die,which has simple process,reliable quality and high efficiency.Its economic benefit is excellent. |
