| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育事业的发展,高校学报也进入了"多元化"发展时期,为适应高校深化改革的需要,学报作为高校的重要组成部分,必须坚持科学发展观,实现可持续发展.面对即将到来的信息时代,高校学报要在现有条件基础上改革旧有体制,保障学术质量,并重新认识评价自己,为适应社会需要寻求一条健康的多模式发展之路.
