| 摘 要： | 文化创意产业是国家经济发展的重要支柱之一,高职艺术设计类专业人才培养的目标是满足文化创意产业发展的需要。高职教育人才培养需与经济建设、产业发展相适应,而文创化则是高职艺术设计类专业创新型人才培养的重要突破口。以宁波职业技术学院为例,从艺术设计类专业文创化人才培养的目标定位、教育服务经济和产业发展、文创化人才培养实现路径等方面进行了探索分析,为提升人才培养内涵提供思路。

| Abstract: | Cultural and creative industry is one of the important pillars of national economic development.The cultivation of art and design professionals in higher vocational colleges is an important talent export to meet the needs of cultural and creative industry development.The personnel training in higher vocational education needs to adapt to economic construction and industrial development,and cultural innovation is an important breakthrough in the cultivation of innovative talents of art and design major in higher vocational education.Taking Ningbo Polytechnic as an example,this paper explores and analyzes the target orientation of cultural and creative talents training for art and design majors,education serving economy and industrial development,and the realization path of cultural and creative talents training,so as to provide ideas for improving the connotation of talent training. |
