| 摘 要： | 技能竞赛是培养高职学生创业能力的重要途径,技能竞赛可以分为创业竞赛和职业能力竞赛。通过对河源职业技术学院的183份有效样本数据进行因子分析,筛选出三个主因子,分别从专业能力、管理能力和成长潜力维度对高职学生创业能力产生影响,然后以创业竞赛和职业技能竞赛为自变量对三个主因子进行回归分析。研究发现创业竞赛对专业能力和管理能力有显著影响,职业技能竞赛对成长潜力有显著影响。培养高职学生创业能力需要进行多角度创业实践,积极参与创业竞赛,完善创业教育体系。

| Abstract: | Skills competition is an important way to cultivate college students'entrepreneurial ability.Skills competition can be divided into entrepreneurship competition and professional ability competition.Based on the factor analysis of 183 valid samples data of Heyuan Polytechnic College,three main factors are selected,which affect the entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational college students from the dimensions of professional ability,management ability and growth potential.And then the regression analysis is conducted on the three main factors with entrepreneurship competition and vocational skills competition as independent variables.The study found that entrepreneurial competitions have a significant impact on professional and management capabilities,and professional skills competitions have a significant impact on growth potential.Cultivating college students'entrepreneurial ability requires multi-angle entrepreneurial practice,active participation in entrepreneurial competitions,and improvement of the entrepreneurial education system. |
