| 摘 要： | 从学术期刊发展的角度看,要求编辑具备非常高的学术水平才能承担其选择学术稿件的重任,但主客观条件的限制使学术期刊的编辑很难满足这种基本要求,这就造成了学术期刊编辑的尴尬地位。从理论和逻辑上讲,学术期刊编辑的尴尬地位不可能彻底消除,但可以采取一定的方式缓解。在现实中,唯名论、提高编辑的学术水平和将编辑的部分职能外包都是缓解编辑尴尬地位的选择,其中提高编辑的学术水平是最有效的方式。

| Abstract: | From the aspect of academic journal development, the editors should have high standard of academic capability to shoulder their responsibility of screening academic paper. But because of the limitation of subjective and objective conditions, if is difficult for these editors to meet this requirements, which leads to the embarrassing situation of academic journal editors. Theoretically and logically speaking, we cannot thoroughly solve this problem; but we can adopt some measures to relieve it. In practice, nominalism, improving the editors＇ academic level and outsourcing some of the editors＇ function can help us to achieve that purpose; and among them, improving the editors＇ academic level is the most effective way. |
