| 摘 要： | 作为高校培养创新型人才的重要举措，大学生科技创新活动已纳入诸多高校日常工作，并初见成效。但总体来看，我国大学生科技创新活动运作模式都缺乏规范性。基于山东大学威海分校的实证研究，提出以提升学生创新能力为目标。搭建大学生科技创新活动平台，构建互动共赢的大学生科技创新活动“四结合”模式，在实践中不断提升大学生科技创新活动的效果。
