| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后，我国的农业科技型企业将面临国际跨国公司的激烈竞争。本文论述了我国农业科技型企业的基本特征，在分析农业科技型企业问题的基础上，提出了我国农业科技型企业发展外向经济的对策建议。
