| 摘 要： | 随着网络信息技术在全球范围内的广泛应用，世界各国都将自己的电子政务建设作为提高政府行政管理能力的重要途径。电子政务在许多发达国家已经进入了相对成熟的发展期，因此我们有必要学习和借鉴发达国家电子政务建设的成功经验，取长补短，促进我们国家的电子政务的实施与建设。
