| 摘 要： | 地方高校学报要寻求发展,必须进行科学的定位,立足为本校教学、科研服务,立足为地方经济发展服务;从学科优势、重点科研项目、区域经济、地域文化和名人等四个方面打造自己的特色,凸显自己的优势,还需要从加强编辑队伍的建设、注重培养作者群、聘请专家等方面加快学报工作的发展。
