| 摘 要： | 计算机网络技术专业是高职院校的老牌专业，如何让老专业继续保持旺盛的生命力，是一个专业教师致力解决的问题。解决这个问题的最好办法就是走工学结合之路，建立“以就业为导向，以能力为中心”的职业能力培养模式，以质量求生存，重视内涵发展，切实增强学生的职业能力，从思想、专业、技能和社会能力等多方面培养学生就业实力，提升学生从业素质。
