| 摘 要： | 在构建高水平研究型大学的进程中,研究型学院的建设是其关键环节。以研究型学院为单位的研究生教育管理工作面临着新的机遇与挑战。构建新的教育管理平台、创新研究生教育管理方式与方法,对研究型学院及高水平研究型大学的构建具有重要的理论和现实意义。加强研究生的教育管理工作可从严把生源质量关、转变导师传统教育管理观念、重视教学设计、完善激励机制、打造具有凝聚力的学术平台、提高服务管理水平等六个方面展开。
