| 摘 要： | 高等院校图书馆向来被认为是外界认识高校的窗口,对图书馆建设的评价从某种程度上说是对高校建设和发展理念的评价。长期生存在＂多重边缘＂中的西南边疆民族地区院校想要在众多高校中谋得一席之地,应该重视图书馆的特色化建设与发展,着重从特色馆藏、优化图书馆员队伍、建立西南边疆民族文献信息资源中心、特色网站、办馆体制多元化等路径逐步实现图书馆的特色化。
