| Abstract: | At present , the development of China's national economy is more dependent on the countryside market . The abnormal ethical appraisal of countryside consumption and the sluggish consumption credit are two important factors that restrict the consumption market in the countryside.To start this market ,the lever of ethic appraisal should be effectively used and an active measure of financial interposition should be taken. |
