| 摘 要： | 作为一种中介因素,应付方式影响着应激反应的性质与强度,进而调节着应激同疾病间的关系。研究以女大学生为被试,探讨女大学生应付方式的特点。结果表明,女大学生的应付方式以工具性应付方式为主;引导采用积极合理应付方式提高心理健康水平应更侧重于低年龄、理工科、非独生子女的女大学生。

| Abstract: | As an intermediary factor,coping style affects the nature and the intensity of stress reaction and adjusts the relation between stress and disease.This paper discusses the characteristics of female university students' coping style.Results show that female university students employ mainly the tool coping style.To raise the psychological health level is of great importance especially for junior female science and engineering students from the non-only-child-family background. |
