| 摘 要： | 教育是立国之本,而教师素质的高低直接关系着教育事业的成败。时代的发展要求教师要成为自主发展型的教师。这是因为自主发展是国际教师发展的总趋势,是教师角色在新时代发生转变的结果,是终身教育思想全球化对教师发展指出的新方向,是现行的教师教育体制不能满足教师发展的结果,也是教师专业化的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Education plays a very important role in the development of our country.While among all the education factors teacher's quality is the essential one that can influence the development of education directly.Therefore teacher education becomes necessary,and to be a self-developing teacher is to meet the need of the society development.Self-development is the trend of the international development of teacher education.It is the result of the changing of teacher's roles.It is the demand of the globalization of the theory of lifelong education.Furthermore,self-development is the supplement of the existing teacher education system and the base of realizing teacher specialization. |
