摘    要:我国加入WTO之后,企业要在竞争激烈的世界市场中做大做强,就必须在经营观念上有所突破,重视人力资本经营。在人力资本成为战略资源的今天,转换人力资本的经营和管理就成为企业生存和发展的关键。因此企业必须从思想认识、经营管理模式,生产组织和分配方式上转换观念,增强人力资本经营的意识,注重人才的培养,吸引并留住人才,不断地积累人力资本,充分发挥人力资本的作用,使企业获得长足的发展。

Abstract:In the era of knowledge economy,technology and talents are the focus of enterprise competition.With China's joining WTO,enterprises stress the management of human resources in order to expand and strengthen its business and make rapid development in the competitive market. Today human resources are of strategy and its operation and management has become the key to the existence and development of the enterprises. Therefore, the enterprises must change its idea of the mode of operation and development and the way of production and distribution.In addition,the enterprises must stress the personnel training,introduce talents and make full of the human resources.Only in this way can the enterprises make great strides forward.
