| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪,我国教育发展的环境发生了很大的改变,这会影响到校园文化的建设.基于某些学校校园文化建设失衡或被忽视的现象,建设和谐校园文化成为应有的视点.和谐校园文化应是:物质文化、制度文化、精神文化和组织文化四方面协调有序的发展;主流文化与亚文化、社区文化与校园文化的融合与互补;新兴文化对传统文化的继承与创新;在校本文化和校际文化之间的合作与竞争中形成的;科学精神与人文精神的共同弘扬与进步.

| Abstract: | Entering the new century, the developing environment of our country's education has changed greatly, this will affect to construct the harmonious campus culture. Because there are some schools in which campus culture is out of balance or neglected, the construction of harmonious campus culture should be paid attention to. Harmonious campus culture should be:material culture,system culture,spirit culture and organizing culture developing accordingly in order; the fusion and complement between major culture and subsidiary culture, community culture and campus cultural; the new culture inheriting to the tradition one; being in school - based culture cooperating and compedng with the inter - school culture; the science spirit expanding and making progresses with humanities spirit together. |
