| 摘 要： | 新兴产业的发展是县域经济发展中的重要内容。研究从常熟市新兴产业的投资角度出发，分析了八大新兴产业的投资现状；同时，与苏州市其他县市新兴产业的计划投资和实际投资状况进行了比较。通过分析，发现了常熟市高端装备制造产业、新能源产业和新材料产业投资额度较高，但汽车及零部件、电子信息、生物医药产业的投资额度增长不多；在生物技术和新医药产业及高端装备制造产业具有计划投资规模优势，但实际投资额度优势不明显；新兴产业投资占社会固定资产投资和服务业新兴投资占服务业投资比重较低，工业新兴投资占工业投资比重较高的问题，并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Development of emerging industries is the important content of regional and county economy. This paper analyzes the investment of eight emerging industries in Changshu. At the same time, it compares the planned and actual investment of emerging industries of Changshu with those of other cities in Suzhou.
