| Abstract: | This paper conducts a review of Professor Feng Jin-fu’s research on the field of the electronic trans-port properties of semiconductor from four aspects： spatial modulation differential reflectance spectroscopy, quan-tum theory of mesoscopic electrical circuit, quantum transport properties of quantum dot and DNA and spin char-acteristic of quantum dot. |
