| 摘 要： | 教育公平的基本内涵是指人人都有平等的上学机会.我国目前的教育公平问题涉及到教育的城乡差异、区域差异、阶层差异等多个方面,而在教育的经费投入、办学条件、师资结构等方面的城乡差异问题是影响教育公平乃至社会公正最为显著的因素.城乡教育公平问题的主要原因还在于城乡经济发展的不平衡和政治、经济上的城乡二元结构.
