| 摘 要： | 苏北地区农村经济发展相对滞后,老龄人口不断增加,如何实现其养老保障成了一个迫切需要研究的问题。阜宁、灌南两县的养老保障情况,表明现阶段苏北农村养老保障面临着严峻的形势与危机。必须建立健全苏北地区农村养老保障体系,多种方式有机结合,多层次、多渠道地解决农民养老问题。

| Abstract: | Economic development is relatively slow and the number of the aged people is increasing in the rural areas of the northern Jiangsu Province,so it is a pressing issue how to establish an old-age rural security system there.A case study of Funing and Guannan counties has revealed that the existing problems of the rural security for the aged in those areas are both severe and challenging.This paper proposes various,multi-level and multi-channel measures to help establish the old-age rural security system in northern Jiangsu Province. |
