| 摘 要： | 思想道德素质是人才素质的关键所在。针对当代大学生的思想特点，高校思想政治工作者应转变理念、制定对策，把坚持理想信念教育，树立坚定正确的政治方向作为思想政治教育的核心；要按照知行统一原则切实加强思想素质教育，优化教育过程；要贯彻以人为本的教育思想，塑造大学生的思想品格与卓越人格，把高校思想政治工作真正落到实处。
