| 摘 要： | 上海商业储蓄银行是旧中国最大的商业银行之一，该行早在成立之初就十分注重企业文化的建设。服务社会的价值观、以人为本的管理理念、强烈的竞争意识和创新精神是其企业文化建设的核心内容。以上海商业储蓄银行为代表的中国早期金融企业的企业文化建设对当今的金融企业具有积极的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Shanghai Commercial & Saving Bank was one of the biggest commercial banks in old China.Early in the beginning of its establishment,the bank made its effort to construct an enterprise culture of its own.The concept of serving the society,meeting the needs of people,a high consciousness of competition,and a strong sense of creation are key points of its enterprise culture construction.As the representative of the earliest enterprise culure construction of Chinese financial enterprises,it offers some positive experience for nowadays financial enterprises. |
