| 摘 要： | 高等教育的发展不仅是先进生产力形成和发展的重要条件。它本身就已经是一种先进的生产力，高校要加快建设、改革和发展的步伐。以适应社会主义现代化事业的需要。在当前实施高等教育大众化的过程中，高校应努力培养适应社会主义现代化建设的高素质人才。高校应重视科研和科技工作，大力推进科技进步和创新。高校应发挥知识分子的积极性，主动性、创造性，确保高校体现先进生产力的发展要求。

| Abstract: | Besides being an improtant condition for the development of productive forces,higher education itself is a progressive productive force.Institutions of higher education must quicken its step in reform and expansion so as to meet the needs of socialist modernization.When higher education is getting popularized,institutions of higher learning must train high quality personnel for socialist modernization,pay great attention to science and technology and promote their research and advancement.They must also give play to the enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity of intellectuals to help bring about the goal of promoting productive forces. |
