| 摘 要： | 通过建立包括8个一级指标、46个二级指标的高新技术产业竞争力评价体系，运用SPSS11．5统计软件，对常熟、昆山、张家港、太仓和吴江五县市的高新技术产业竞争力进行主成分分析，发现常熟市高新技术产业在发展过程中尚存在效益偏低，缺乏聚集优势，国际竞争意识不足，不具人才优势，政府支持力度不够，孵化器建设滞后，技术创新效率较低以及高新技术产品生产能力有限共8个方面亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the system consisting of 8 indicators at A level and 46 indicators at B level to assess competitiveness in hi-tech industries has enabled us to conduct a major component analysis in such five cities as Changshu,Kunshan,Zhangjiagang,Taicang and Wujiang.And we have found that there are 8 problems to be solved,such as low efficiency,week international competitiveness,inadequate support of the government,limited production capabilities of hi-tech products. |
