压电陶瓷材料逆压电系数的测试

摘    要:在迈克尔逊干涉仪基础上制成的弱振动测试设备能够很好地完成对10^-6米量级幅度的正弦微振动的测量。我们利用该套装置对压电陶瓷材料在不同频率正弦电压激励下的振动幅度进行了测量,求出了压电陶瓷片逆压电系数的幅频关系。

Abstract:with the mierovibration measuring equipment which is put up according to the principle of the Michelson-interferometer, we measure the amplitude of vibration of the piezoelectric crearnics on the conditon of sine exciting votage with different kinds of frequencies, and abtain the amplitude versur frequency response characteristic of piemelectric converse medulus of the piecoelectric ceramics.
