| 摘 要： | 为了补偿摆线转子泵的制造误差,本文提出了摆线齿廓转角修形法,并推导出了计算齿廓修形后不同位置的齿侧间隙计算公式;讨论了修正转角的选择方法。

| Abstract: | In order to compensate for the error of manufacture,this paper presents ways to modify tooth profile in cycloidal pump,which is performed by rotating the machined gear in a micro-angle and machining it again without changing other parameter.The formula for calculating the side clearance in different positions of rotors is derived.The way to select the angle of rotation in modification profile is also discussed. |
