| 摘 要： | 孔子行政伦理思想源远流长、博大精深。讲求德政仁治、重视伦常、提倡和谐、追求安定是其总体特征,行政伦理的本质上独具宗法性、行政道德的修养方面注重实践性、行政人格具有双重性、行政伦理规范上突出情感性、行政伦理体系中尽显人文性、仁对行政伦理范畴的主导性等是其鲜明特色。这些特点初步奠定了儒家行政伦理文化的基础,对后世产生了深远而重大的影响。
