| 摘 要： | 双语教学的跨学科特征决定了双语教师专业素质的复杂性。在我国深入开展双语教学实验之际，双语师资的专业素质，包括心理准备、知识构成、理论素养、能力结构等方面，急需在系统指导下得到规范，以解决这一进程中的“瓶颈”问题，推动我国双语教学事业的发展。

| Abstract: | Some schools and universities in China have undertaken the attempt of bilingual instruction,but the lack of qualified teaching staff has bottlenecked the progress.The interdisciplinary features of bilingual instruction determine the complexity of bilingual teachers' professional qualities.Thus,it is urgent to standardize the requirements on the part of the teachers,which include psychological preparation,knowledge and ability structures,and theoretical attainments. |
