| 摘 要： | 反腐倡廉建设是增进党内和谐的重要内容和重要保障，同时增进党内和谐也对反腐倡廉建设提出了新的要求。着力推进反腐倡廉建设不断增进党内和谐，必须坚持党要管党、从严治党，严肃党的纪律，加强作风建设，加强廉政文化建设，加大惩处腐败力度。
