| 摘 要： | 数学教研组在数学教师专业化成长中发挥着重要作用.当前应以新数学课程实施为契机,改进数学教研组,促进数学教师专业化成长.即以“适应新数学课程,促进全体数学教师的专业化成长”为当前开展教研的重要目的;把通过新数学课程理念的学习和研究、反思传统的数学教学作为数学教研组的主要内容;以课例(案例)分析和引领作为数学教研组的主要活动形式;倡导灵活多样的合作学习与研究并重视数学教育研究共同体的引领.
