| Abstract: | The paper presents the important of secretaries' works throught a comprehensive analysis on the cases of some enterprises' Crises. It points out that secretaries should take it as their own responsibility to avoid enterprises' crises and decrease its loss in the new age, and at the same time, it indicates that it is one of a secretary's comprehensive abilities in a modem enterprise to suppress and deal with its crises. |
