| 摘 要： | 我国古代文化宝库中蕴藏着丰富的变革思想。本文从变革的本意到古代经典著作中的变革思想及其演化，对古代变革思想加以梳理、分析和探讨，希望能对今天我国的企业战略与组织变革带来一些启示。
