| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的迅猛发展和网络技术的日趋完善,单个企业已经不能满足变化的市场要求,要通过和其他企业合作来实现自己的目标.在这种情况下,一种新的企业组织形式--虚拟企业开始出现.研究虚拟企业的特点、优缺点及促进虚拟企业发展的策略,必将有助于虚拟企业在我国经济发展中发挥越来越大的作用.

| Abstract: | Along with the high development of economic globalization and the gradually perfect of network technical, the single business enterprise cannot meet the request of the various market. Business enterprises must cooperate with each other to carry out their own targets. At this time, a kind of new business enterprise organized form- the virtual business enterprise appears. By studying the characteristics, merit and shortcoming of virtual business enterprise, and promoting the virtual business enterprise develop, the mea- sure will contribute to a virtual business enterprise necessarily to develop a more and more big function in the our country economy the development. |
