| 摘 要： | 高职院校“双师型”教师胜任力是“双师型”教师能力发展的核心内容。基于对胜任力模型构建的研究,建构出高职院校“双师型”教师胜任力指标体系,其中包括4个维度20个胜任力特征。在新模型的基础上探究了高职院校“双师型”教师能力的提升策略。

| Abstract: | The competence of"double-skilled"teachers in higher vocational colleges is the core content of the ability development of"double-skilled"teachers.Based on the research of competency model,a"double-skilled"teacher competency model is constructed in higher vocational colleges,which includes 20 features of competence in 4 dimensions.Based on the new model,this paper explores the ability promotiom strategy of"double-skilled"teachersin higher vocational college. |
