| 摘 要： | 高校学术管理与行政管理是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,它们在功能上互相支持、互相协调、互相补充,学术管理是大学管理的核心,决定着行政管理的方向和重点;行政系统是大学管理不可或缺的组织体系,学术管理又依赖于行政管理;学术管理和行政管理是大学统一管理整体不可分割的有机部分。协调学术管理与行政管理之间的关系,要改变过分依赖行政权力进行决策的现象;建立能主动适应学术组织变迁的灵活化柔性化行政管理系统;充分发挥教师在学术管理和行政管理中的作用。

| Abstract: | Academic management and administrative management are important portion of college management.They are supported,harmonious and complementary each other in function.Academic management is the core of college management and decides the direction and emphasis of administrative management.Administration system is indispensable organization of college management.Academic management depends on administrative management.They are indivisible organic whole of college uniform management.To harmonize the relation between academic management and administrative management,we should not make decision depending excessively on the power of administrtion.The flexible system of administrative management should be established to adopt to the change of academic organization and to bring the function of teachers into play in academic management and administrative management. |
