| Abstract: | On the basis of the characteristic of securities business and the present situation of our country,this text carries on analysis towards legislative thinking and function of sponsor's liability,puts forward some problems on responsibility system of sponsors,which should be well resolved,such as qualifications,supervision,responsibility forms,and also suggests some good measures which are relevant to resolve the problems. |
