| 摘 要： | 新加坡在法制建设过程中是亚洲发展中国家的典范,这与其所进行的法制教育密切相关,文章通过对中、新两国高校大学生法制教育的现状、目标、内容和方法的比较研究,分析二者的异同,寻找我国法制教育的不足,提出改进我国法制教育的对策。

| Abstract: | Singapore is a model among Asian developing countries in the process of legal construction,which is closely connected with its legal education.Through the comparative study of the university legal education in Singapore and China from its situation,targets,contents and methods,this paper tries to analyze some differences and similarities of both,look for the insufficiency of Chinese legal education,and put forward some countermeasures to improve the legal system of our country. |
