| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the construction of the Party execution ability, we are required to carry out the reform of government system, set up a controlling-and-serving government and a socialist harmonious society, and advance the construction of E-government system. Government-issue electronic system takes up better advantage, so there is no doubt that it will strengthen the ability of out Party, bring down the cost of government execution, improve the achievement and effect of government work, create a new image of government. As a result, it has become the most important and emergency subject to seek for an available and best construction model of county government electronic system. |
