| 摘 要： | 随着社会对外语人才需求的与日俱增，迫切地要求高职院校尽快培养出大量的具有较强专业知识和技能，具备良好的职业道德和素质的外语人才。以就业为导向、以能力为本位、具有高职特色的外语人才培养模式，是高职院校今后的外语教学中的大势所趋。交际法教学注重培养学生的交际能力，在教与学的过程中融入职业能力的养成，培养外语＋专业知识的复合型外语人才，以形成较强的综合就业能力。

| Abstract: | With the increasing demand for foreign language professionals, vocational colleges are urgently re-quired to train students to become foreign language professionals with strong professional knowledge and skills, good professional ethics and qualities as soon as possible. The training mode emphasized on vocational training which is employment - oriented and based on vocational abilities is becoming the general trend of ：foreign language teaching in vocational colleges. Communicative Language Teaching style focus on the cultivation of students＇ communicative ability and development of the professional competence in teaching and learning process and aims to form strong abilities of competence of foreign language talents by developing their foreign language abilities with exnertise. |
