| 摘 要： | 科学发展观对高校思想政治教育具有重要的指导作用：“以人为本”是高校思想政治教育的出发点，社会和人的全面、协调发展是高校思想政治教育的基本目标，可持续发展是高校思想政治教育的重要内容。高校思想政治教育对科学发展观也具有重要意义：高校思想政治教育是传播科学发展观的重要途径，更是实践和发展科学发展观的重要媒介。因此，有必要通过多种途径加强高校思想政治教育与科学发展观之间的互动关系。

| Abstract: | The scientific development view has important guidance functions to the ideological and political education of university in which its starting point is＂People first＂, coordinated development between society and peopleis its important content. The ideological and political education of university, as an important way to propagate scientific development view and an important agent to practice and develop, has a significant importance to the scientific development view. So, it is necessary to take various way to strengthen the interdynamic relation between the ideological and political education of university and scientific development views. |
