| 摘 要： | 后发优势理论主要是发展经济学领域的追赶理论。后发优势战略相对于比较优势战略的主要优势为，主张不必消极地按照比较优势介入国际分工，注重培养高级要素和特定化要素并充分发挥政府的作用，重点扶持具有潜在竞争力的产业．目前，中国服务贸易竞争力较弱，特别是资本和技术密集型服务贸易的国际竞争力水平比较低，应充分发挥后发优势，优化中国服务贸易结构，提升中国服务贸易竞争力。
