| 摘 要： | 随着以人才竞争为核心的国际竞争的日益激烈,社会对人才的需求呈多元化变化趋势,高等职业教育承担着培养高等技术应用型技能人才的任务,培养知识、能力、素质协调发展的一专多能高端应用型人才已在高等职业教育人才培养模式改革上形成共识,也是世界各国人才培养模式改革的共同趋势,校企协同育人是高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的必然选择.本文以广州工程技术职业学院为例,构建以市场需求为导向校企协同育人的人才培养模式以适应面向二十一世纪的高职教育人才培养模式改革的需要.

| Abstract: | The social demand for talent has diversified trend as the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Undertaking higher technology applied talents training task, it has reached a consensus that the higher occupation education should train applicative talents with coordinated development of knowledge, ability and quality on higher occupation education model reform. It is also the trend of reform on talent training model all over the world. Talents Training Mode Through ＂Cooperation of School and Enterprise＂ is the inevitable choice of reform on talents training pattern of higher occupation education. In order to adapt to the reform of the talent cultivation model of higher vocational education for the 21st century, in this paper, we take Guangzhou Institute of Technology as an example, try to explore a talents training mode through ＂Cooperation of School and Enterprise＂ according to market demand. |
