关于《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的几个问题

摘    要:《劳动合同法》于2008年1月1日正式生效,伴随着它的实施,出现了一系列问题,许多用人单位和劳动者产生众多的困惑,甚至有人认为:《劳动合同法》是对《劳动法》的修改。许多用人单位认为:该法过多地保护了劳动者的权益。也有个别的用人单位全然不把《劳动合同法》的规定当回事,现实中,违法用工的情况时有发生,为此,本文对《劳动合同法》做了几点说明。
