| 摘 要： | 电子文档管理是电子政务研究的核心问题之一，其根本目的是整合传统公文流转和档案管理流程，以形成统一的文档管理模式。电子政务在我国的迅速发展，为企业的文档一体化创造了良好的环境和契机。本文在概述了电子政务和文档一体化的前提下，分析了电子政务环境下的文档一体化的基础和管理模式，提出了文档一体化管理应该注意的问题以及可选的模式。
