| 摘 要： | 基于所构建的现代服务业发展评价指标体系,对济南现代服务业进行了实证分析。计算结果表明,济南现代服务业规模小;产值比重虚高;服务密度低,发展水平低;区域主导力弱,极化能级低。发展济南服务经济应双轮驱动,重点发展生产性服务业;载体建设,以城市综合体突破性提高服务能级;区域极化,加快省会城市群经济圈建设;完善功能,建设区域现代服务中心。

| Abstract: | Based on the evaluation index of Modern Service,this paper makes an empirical analysis on Jinan Modern Service.The conclusion shows that,the scale,the development level and the Service density of Jinan Modern Service is low,the production value proportion is unrealistically high;and has a weak dominant.To develop Jinan Modern Service,we should focus on the development of producer services,make breakthroughs to improve service level with HOPSCA,speed up the construction of Jinan Metropolis Circle and Regiona... |
